"Second visit to best western priory hotel staff very helpful and friendly rom was great stayed in same room as last time ( disabled ) looking forward to our next visit ."

"No AC and room was so hot, no lift and had a heavy suitcase and lots of stairs, room service menu limited, missing items that I had to ask for. Room furniture old and dated, bad smell when you opened your room door. Would not stay again."

"A little dated now in all fairness. Shower was warm, no pressure. Decor dated but still so very retro. Could do with a freshen up. Very clean, attentive staff and I would still stay again. I'm not a picky person at all and still slept very well. Great location and plenty of parking. "
