“⭐ **1 STAR — THE PROPERTY FROM HELL! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS!** What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into an absolute nightmare. This property was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance. We encountered bugs in the bed, dirty and stained bedding with a foul smell, excessive dust, an air conditioner that was not cooling properly, and mold near the kitchen vent. BAD NEIGHBORHOOD These are not minor inconveniences. Clean bedding, functioning air……

“Our stay overall was nice. The room was quaint as was the complex overall. Parking is limited which makes it bit of a struggle to then have to find street parking. Which can be a little ways away and if not careful or familiar with where to park can cost you a parking ticket. There is no cart to load your luggage so pack light. Host was very nice and responds quickly. Room was very cozy. Rooftop was nice. Pool isn’t temperature controlled if you want to swim. We did enjoy our stay. ”

“Great stay, great communication.. perfect location to everything we needed- kemah, league city, Houston. Right across street from Jackie's! Liked it so much we just booked it again”

“Just like what i expect on line ..clear and nice ”

“Very nice place. Walking distance to Daikin Park made everything easier for our trip. 10/10 - would stay again!”

“The location, easy access, parking, well stocked kitchen and bathroom were my favorite aspects of this property. The owner needs to sharpen the knives and we contributed a wine opener to the kitchen. I come to Houston a lot and would book this apt again. Thanks for a great stay.”

“Property was close to NRG Stadium where we were attending a World Cup game. Very quiet area and close to Target and restaurants for us to access. Felt very comfortable and safe at this property. Would highly recommend.”

“The house itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. The only hiccup was getting the TV in the game room to work; if that’s a recurring issue, a simple sound system in there would be a nice addition. The surrounding area felt a little sketchy, but the property itself was great.”

“It was great!”

“The property is not luxury at all. It’s equiv to a two star travelodge. The are smelled like marjuana. Did not feel safe. Parking is an issue as you need to have the app and must activate the parking right to the minute. It does not tell you the time of activation so we were late and the car got towed. Not sure why they could not have warned or ticketed but they towed the car. Like they waited to have you fail to activate even by the minute. Not pleasant at all towels were like microfibre and……

“Property was clean and well put together. Our family enjoyed the three seperate bedrooms and the style curated by Danilo and company. Would recommend”

“The location is not by City Centre which VRBO and the host claim. We booked it expecting to be able to walk to nearby locations. We would not have booked knowing the real location. Outside of the location the townhouse is nice and spacious. The host was great at communication and check in was a breeze. Toiletries probably expired sometime last century, so I would bring your own. ”
