I had requested a room with exposed timber beams, and on check in, the member of staff (sorry, I didn't catch your name) went out of his way to ensure that this was what we got. The room was lovely! Beautifully furnished with sumptuous fabrics, comfortable bed and sofa. There is plenty of parking which seemed very safe. Spa was also great, the hot tub however was luke warm and as guests cant put wood in, you'd have to walk back inside to ask soembody, surely staff should should be checling this stuff. Another thing is so many used towels were left on the beds after people left meaning nobody knew if they could use the bed or not, again staff should be on top of this. 「Spent two great days at this B&B. It's off the main highways in a small village environment. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We had a warm welcome from the staff, who were helpful, friendly and made our stay relaxing. The room was large, clean and stocked with tea, coffee and water.
