“Bait and switch. The pictures look good but the place was a dump and the whole building smelled like garbage. The building was like a college dorm - beat up with a non functioning elevator. Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare as their check in process was awful and when I had a problem, it just got worse. When I got to the property, I realized I had a big problem on my hands and checked into a hotel nearby. Stay far away from this place and Company as even though they agreed……

“Room was comfortable and clean (although the hallway carpets need attention). The building, which appears to be largely short-term rentals, was quiet overall, but the apartment HVAC is very loud, loud enough to drown out the TV. The TV is large but has a failing display. The kitchen lacks basics, such as salt and pepper. The bath has a single towel bar and no robe hook on the door. The description lists a washer and dryer, but there is none in the room nor are there directions to a common……

“Very cozy and comfortable. Great location, walkable to many restaurants and event venues downtown Indy. Parking on-site. Host was easy to reach and helpful. Stairs could be a challenge for some. Pet friendly a plus for sure. Would stay again. ”
