“The first and best part of our stay was the quiet safe neighborhood. Definitely a better alternative to staying downtown or at a hotel filled with noisy guests.Beds and towels were clean and comfortable. I stayed with my young son, parents, and a friend. We all had plenty of room to sleep. Knowing it was one bathroom, we would plan ahead for who needed to shower.The house itself has character. My son said “the floors talk when we walk.” He was fascinated with the old-school video games. I think……

“Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in……

“This is a wonderful cozy spot. I felt very welcomed in the space. It is a quiet place to get away. The bathroom is amazing. Both a walk in shower and a separate deep tub. Looks like it’s from a magazine. The bed is very comfortable. The whole space just has an amazing atmosphere. I was able to walk to the bookstore in about five minutes. So it is close to downtown Noblesville and the Square. I really recommend coming to stay here and look forward to staying again.”

“Broad Ripple bungalow was welcoming and cozy, warm and inviting. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The home was well equiped with everything needs for a short stay. ”

“House was very clean and laid out perfectly. Even though small in square footage, it did not feel like it and we had 7 kids there. Only downside is location but we had no issues with people in neighborhood. ”
