"This is still a big chain hotel - but the staff are really helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable with good temperature control, loads of fluffy towels and pillows, and a great location to explore Knoxville being very central, but still quiet. So worth it!"

The Resort at Governor's Crossing
"Great place for smaller kids. Plenty of room for families. The rooms are okay, the pool areas could use some updating. The lazy river only had a very few tubes. For the price, we prefer Wilderness. It's definitely not a resort."

Wilderness at the Smokies - Stone Hill Lodge
"We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the staff was always helpful. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor waterparks. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast buffet for the price and I wish there were other in-room dining options besides pizza, but we stayed here for 4 nights and still didn't ..."
