"I was aware when we arrived that the area was not upscale and it wasn't. The people at check-in, although behind bullet proof glass were very professional. The breakfast room was closed and one of the elevators didn't work. In the room the tv didn't work and someone had punched out the light over my side of the bed. It appeared clean and it was quiet.
