"We checked in late at night after driving 5 hours. Our check in was quick and painless, the lobby and our room were both clean and smelled great. The beds were super comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again if ever in this area."

"We really liked the location, the hotel was close to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store across the street. We didn't even need our car. The businesses close early so there wasn't a "party" atmosphere outside of the hotel. It was very quiet too and not super crowded. The only drawback was breakfast. It was okay but I've had much better at cheaper hotels. "

"St Augustine has a true resort destination with this Embassy Suites hotel. Having stayed at many hotels in the area for many years it was an unexpected surprise to see the level of services and accommodations that are offered. Full breakfast, afternoon happy hour, bar service at the pool and an outstanding restaurant if you’re staying in for dinner. A wonderful experience that we will be doing again in the future."

"I love the hotel. It was very quaint and clean. The hotel staff was super friendly and polite. Always smiling. Very dog friendly. If you do bring your dog, I'm sure they will enjoy it. I did not bring mine at this time, but I enjoyed seeing the other dogs. The pool was huge and clean. The breakfast was great. So many selections and a nice seating area. Not too close to downtown but there is a shuttle that comes back and forth for free that will bring you there that is included in your stay as well as your breakfast. So nice, quiet and relaxing. Thank you for a great trip. Will be back"

"We enjoyed our stay, for most part. It was 5 family members we had two rooms. My room was a so called handicapped room . When I see it and said ,that's not by any means is a handicapped room. Was told it is because the tub had bars. Now what good is that to me. I'm in a wheelchair chair and there's no way I can get in to the tub. . Also the toilet was so low that I need help to sit and get up. So if ur strength is not so good, this is not a room for u. The room it self was very nice. Comfortable beds. The lady at the desk was very helpful. Ms. Novia , very polite, she's a gem. "
