“Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. Something to keep in mind there’s not a lot of places to hang up stuff to dry if you need to. The kitchen is small but functional. We didn’t use the stove but there is……

This wasn’t a problem for us, but I could understand light sleepers or people hoping for a quiet or romantic stay being turned off.For communication, Claudia was great and very detailed. “This apartment is one of a kind. It's located in a very central neighborhood in manhattan, close to coffee shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment complex is beautiful (door man, elevator, etc) and the apartment itself is huge, even for NYC standards! The host is communicative and was great to work with.
