“Didn’t need room cleaned just dirty towels removed and replaced with clean. Never happened in our 4 day stay. I asked for a clean fitted sheet and 2 clean towels on day 2 and it took 2 requests to get them. No one ever emptied trash or offered clean towels.”

“This is a brand new truly lovely resort. Large rooms with high ceilings, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. bathroom was spa like and the decorating was beautiful. Located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. ”

Beach was beautiful with free chairs and umbrellas every day. Pool was perfect and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Staff came to you to take and deliver food and drink orders at pool or nearby tables. We had the best time!!”

“It would have been nice to use the pool however there were people smoking dope and drinking in the pool area along with playing their boomboxes super loud. There was one guy who had a house arrest bracelet on who was sitting in the shallow end of the pool smoking dog with one leg in and house arrest leg out.”

“Really cute place, clean, beautiful renovation, good location, owner was easy to communicate with. The bed was really comfortable. My only negative was that in the king pond view room the AC blows right on the bed. I had a hard time sleeping but my husband was ok. We only stayed one night so I dealt with it but if we were there longer I might've asked to change rooms if the AC was different in another room. But overall I would book again on another trip to Sanibel. ”

Dislikes: No ice machine told it was broken Broken elevator Book in room has wrong times when places we’re open and closed not accurate No beach service even though the book says there is. Minimal first aid Door on balcony didn’t close all the way. Gap at the top of slider door Bathroom & bedroom doors squeak really bad Everyday……
