「The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment.」

「The room was full off cobwebs and dust. The staff were lovely Food very good」

「Very good accommodation. Great location, rooms were good and staff helpful. Breakfast came in a hamper in your room, very nice touch, plenty of it. Would definitely go back」

「All good」

「The information I provided at the front desk on arrival was misused by the proprietress」

「What stood out immediately was the cheerful and helpful staff. Well done to all - from the guy who checked us in to the one who made breakfast for us. Very comfortable room with good facilities We only stayed for one Sunday night so managed to get a parking space but I doubt that would happen again during the week or in high season. Double yellow lines everywhere so would need to go to a parking lot. Not sure how much that was.」

「The whole place was a bit dingy with tired decor and furnishings. Lack of decent reliable WiFi in the rooms was a big drawback. Room resembled a prison cell. Clean and good quality bedding was one of the few plus points. I expected something like a Travelodge for the price paid and was very disappointed.」

「my husband and i enjoyed our stay. Set in a lovely position on the cliff above the beach the grounds were lovely with ample seating outside. All staff were friendly and helpful which contributed greatly to our enjoyment in the hotel. Would stay here again.」

「Very comfortable hotel. We stayed in the stable block with beautiful views of a lovely tree and the sea beyond. Ideally located for coastal walks. Breakfast and dinner were excellent although very expensive.」

「Great little extras. Lots of choice for breakfast and fab cocktails.!」

「Acceptable accommodation for a short break and good location from which to explore North Norfolk. Banged my head on low hanging ceiling lights a dozen times in two days, fortunately no damage done. There is definitely room for improvement but wouldn’t want to complain too much as I think hosts are trying to make the best of a less than perfect situation.」

「The room is excellent. Coffee and tea are good quality. Some facilities outside the room are good for rest. 」
