「You cannot go wrong staying at Manny’s place. It is a short walk to the beach, which has great views and short drive to most vineyards and restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, and there is a private entrance to the rental, which is very roomy, immaculate, and you get a welcome bottle of local wine and hopefully you get Amal’s cookies and chocolate. As mentioned in other reviews, Manny is unintrusive, but very approachable, he is a great source of information as to the best restaurants...

「My family of 4 just spent 2 nights at Kara’s cottage to enjoy a weekend on the north fork. It was cozy and had everything we needed to make the mini getaway perfect. Kara was a wonderful host who was eager to help and answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!」

「I booked this house for my nephew's wedding for myself, husband, baby, parents and sister. Lovely layout with common spaces on the 1st floor and bedrooms/bathroom upstairs. Check-in was super easy and communication with hosts was seamless. We didn't get to explore RIverhead very much due to wedding festivities, but the house is close to downtown.」

「First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement...
