"To start off, there were issues with check in, into the estates. That was outside of the properties control. Contacted Marvin right away, pretty immediately, was able to get my group and I through the gate. From there the place was spotless clean, and very refreshing from the summer heat. The place was very spacious, there were a ton of accessible amenities, and the area at night, exceeded expectations. "Everything about this property met or exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate. All new everything. Perfect location. Beautifully decorated. More than enough room. Very convenient to get to everything we wanted to do. We hiked Bushkill falls one day and kayaked the Delaware River another. My kids, 17 and 21, are already asking to book again next year and to do an extra night they enjoyed it so much. Incredibly relaxing environment."

"The pictures make the home look much better than it is. If you expect modern upscale amenities this how is not for you. To give credit to the host, improvements to amenities are underway Amazon orders arrived throughout stay. I’m sure it will continue. "
