“Amazing stay for 2 nights. Quaint little cottage type rooms well maintained and very comfortable. (Only suggestion would be at least one sitting chair slightly higher for older folks.) Nice area to visit and explore as well. Was probably the best away from home stay I have had in many years. Would HIGHLY recommend if need a place in the PA or North NJ area look into it.”

If you plan to use the jacuzzi, start heating it as soon as you arrive so you can really enjoy it; same with the sauna. “We booked this bed and breakfast for a weekend marriage conference. Before arriving we were called and told that they had to move our room to the carriage house due to a septic issue with the main manor. The carriage house is a smaller building on the property. Upon arriving it felt a bit run down overall. We entered our room on the second floor of the carriage house. It was small but quaint and what we needed. “Super great spot if you’re hiking for the weekend (stokes state park Is 5 mins up the road). The bed was SO comfortable . Very clean .The decor was adorable , I felt like I was near the beach . Parking spot right outside your door ( I like to be able to see my car). The mini fridge and microwave were so cute and worked well . “The updated signs will be helpful when they are finished to know where things are, but the staff was super polite and helpful. Our family room was very nice and clean and easy to get to with parking right by the room. Our only negative experience was out of the property control with the neighboring room being extremely loud getting in at 1 a.m. We are still giving 5 stars because the property was nice, away from the hustle, but still convenient to everything. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and will be back another time to try the dinner at the restaurant Butter. This was especially special to me to be here because my grandfather use to own this inn many years ago when I was a boy. To be inside again and walk the property, the memories just came right back. We Loved the owners Mark and Carol!……
