Not what we expected
Upon check in we were informed we couldn’t use the private pool at the house because it was just treated. They confirmed they it would be ready in the morning the following day. The pool water was green and swampy looking. It was not ready!! And no one came to check. We also didn’t have access to the amenities on the property which had a communal pool, but the house only came with one guest pass. We were a family of eight in total. We did inform the property service that we needed passes and we were told the property manager would be contacting us. Two days later on the last day we were told we would get the passes and when we picked them up, we were Short two passes. We didn’t get the passes until after 2pm on the last day. I was disappointed at this point and decided to skip the pool all together and let the kids enjoy. By day 2 the hot
Tub water also smelled horrible and I let the manager know when speaking to him on the phone. No one came to check it. We decided on this property
Because we thought it would keep the kids entertained. It was a big disappointment especially being turned alway at the community amenities. There was nothing luxurious about it as the seating in the house was also not comfortable unless you sat on the sofa. Embarrassing and disappointed especially for the price we paid.
