Property was not sufficiently cleaned inside or outTrash cans were full upon arrival (scheduled collection 4 days later)Roof leaked onto dinner tablePrevious roof leak left considerable black mold on bathroom ceiling.Hot tub was filthyPorch and patio furniture needed to be cleaned by us upon arrival.Registration of vehicles and guests was a nightmare complicated by Avantstay rep.Changes to visiting vehicles and guests needed to be processed by property owner - we later learned!Community overall is very shabby and poorly kept.WILL NEVER CONTRACT WITH AVANTSTAY AGAIN!
