“I am getting use to having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash permanently in the shower at hotels. A bit disappointed it was not in there especially the body wash. Our room was on the side of the pool so no natural light and the room was dark. Another lamp or perhaps a ceiling fan with a light could help. The coffee was delicious!”

“We stayed Oct 16, 2026 and the lady behind the check area was the best employee I have ever encountered. I regret not getting her name. We had a special situation and she helped us out tremendously and wanted to give her a shoutout. Please go back and review who worked that afternoon at 3:30 pm and let me know her name.”

“Our stay at Holiday Inn Express went beyond our expectations. Check in and check out was a breeze. There was plenty of parking available all day long. Our room was spacious and had a TON of different lighting sources (which I loved because I prefer indirect lighting, specially during turn-down time). The bed was large, fluffy, and very comfortable. “Older place but clean and good bed, Microwave, fridge, in room coffee and rump tv.”

“Great location across from the lake so we could walk every place we wanted to visit. Right on the lakeshore path and near wonderful restaurants”

“Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay”

“Room was clean, balcony view was amazing, the heat and air worked perfectly, the staff super friendly and helpful”

“Shower water was not hot and had the room with the large tub and paid extra for that. With the temperature of the shower, there was no way I was going to use that feature.”

“Breakfast was great and staff was friendly.”

“It’s a relaxing, comfortable place to stay.”

“Clean room, helpful, nice staff.”

“The property was in major need of an update. It was awful. Dirty, falling apart. Rooms was filthy, hair in shower, hairdryer caked in dirt with hair stuck to it. The floors were filthy as well. Beds were so uncomfortable …hard as a rock. Pillows were awful. Bathroom sink was so short …made for a child. It was a terrible experience.”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”
