“Sarah provided exceptional hospitality, going out of her way to show us the amenities. Our room and the entire first floor of common areas were inviting, well-appointed, art-forward and yet commodious. Breakfast at Warda was “next level” and we appreciated having the vouchers for breakfast each day. Would recommend ALEO to anyone and would stay there again.”

“There was a big gap in the door, even after the door is locked. Big safety concern. Breakfast has limited options. Ample parking, staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.”

“Our stay here was exceptional except you weren't allowed to bring outside food in or DoorDash. I understand that since they have a restaurant on-site but it closes earlier than we thought. We were in town for a concert and wanted a bite to eat afterwards but just went to be a bit hungry lol. We probably could have found somewhere to dine but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday...not many dine in spots hence the need for DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again despite that minor inconvenience.……

“the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure……

“Good location and the staff were great! The building is old and run down and needs some major renovations. It also wasn’t very clean. The sheets didn’t look clean, paint was chipped and peeling in multiple areas. The chair in my room looked gross. The pictures on the site are false advertisement. Definitely would not stay there again. I only needed to stay for one night but had my trip been longer I would’ve gone somewhere else even if I had already paid for more time.”

“Hotel was OK lost power second night there due to storm in the middle of the night the fire alarms went off for who knows what reason and we were outside for 45 minutes at two in the morning no explanation given this to what happened assuming someone pulled the fire alarm lots of children running around slamming doors made for a hard night to get to sleep. AC in the room was OK. Did not seem to keep it really cool one night TV did not work. Front staff was not very helpful. All in all decent……

“The staff could not have been nicer, and honestly, their management left them with a terrible situation with unsafe 98 degree weather and a failing AC and a lack of fans. We had to move rooms and it was still 80 degrees in our new room. They didn’t have enough fans, which is not ok. They did find me an AC window but the very kind maintenance couldn’t get the window in the bedroom which is another layer of unsafe condition in a fire. Scary situation TBH. The hotel has quaint potential but……
