A lovely stay

A lovely stay with a very friendly and welcoming host. The room was sparkling clean with a super comfy bed. I'd definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Great Stay At Gyves

Stayed for a week and had a wonderful stay. Exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding. So close to the beach and the pier! Will definitely stay again!

The owner was so friendly and made us feel right at home! He made us a delicious breakfast and was so accommodating. The bed was comfy and the decorations were beautiful and artsy. Right there at the ocean!! So lovely!

I stay away on business regularly and this guest House absolutely stuck out from the rest. Some lovely little touches in the room to help me sleep. Full English breakfast was absolutely on point. Definitely staying here again

Gyves guest house was amazing, the owners went above and beyond with lots of little touches including homemade brownies in our spotless room. The breakfast menu catered for all, lovely fresh homemade produce. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

John and Sarah could'nt do enough for us, they were perfect hosts. Great location, you can see the sea from the front bedroon which was lovely. A great room with lots of space and very nice decoration. A perfect location if you like running, swimming or walking. Lots of choice for breakfast and cooked really well. If you want to stay in Eastbourne Gyves guest house is a perfect place to stay.

Perfect Guest House

This place is how guesthouses should be run. Great owners and a great room. Whole place clean and tidy - you can tell the owners care. Breakfast is cooked to order and was very good - smoked haddock, bacon and egg - yum! Will stay here again, and again, and again

An amazing stay

We loved our stay at Gyves Guest House. The room was clean and nicely designed. Breakfast was delicious. Veggie and vegan options available. The true highlight was the hosts' hospitality and the personal touches: home made brownie bites and biscuits in the room, information about what to do in the area and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.
