"We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend ..."

"The room was normal for the price. The biggest problem was the smell of cigarettes in the hallway and elevator. It felt like people were allowed to smoke in the rooms, which was not okay. It was also a bit noisy from outside, which makes me think the room was not soundproof. But other than that, ..."

"This place is by a night club and is so noisy at night. We were not able to sleep. Also, the apartment was not clean. There was a big like wine spot on the rug in the living room, and so many burn marks on the sofa and coffee table. We reserved a non smoking room, and we found at least 3 unused cigars ..."
