「There were some dead bugs on the floor of the room when we checked in. The bathtub didn't look very clean in the corners. One of the tv's didn't work (we had an adjoining bedroom). I wasn't expecting a lot with our stay. It was fine for what we paid. It wasn't our first choice of a place to stay, but our first choice was booked already, and the other options were too expensive due to the fair concert.」

「I found the motel manager to be unfriendly and difficult to work with. When we checked in, the manager informed me that even though I had reserved a king sized bed, he mistakenly gave us a room with two queen sized beds. That in itself is not a big deal, but he wanted me to pay him the difference. That is completely inappropriate, Why should I have to pay for his error? For our second night of out two-night stay, we were in a king-sized bed. But there were only two pillows and we needed...
