Everything you need

This was a private house near the beach. Nice outdoor deck with grill and a nice private yard. The house has every basic necessity you need. Very close to all the beaches and stores. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again.

Cozy Cabin with Well-Stocked Kitchen

This cabin has a kitchen with almost all the amenities you may need to prepare meals. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking meals together. There were ample towels provided, both for the bathroom and for the kitchen. We used the awesome grill on the deck. We enjoyed our stay at this Eastham property.

Bring spices and ice cube trays. Wish it had a washing machine. Overall nice rustic place to stay...and very quiet! And great service when we had a problem with a drain.

Perfect location & attentive management

The place is very cute, clean, and well-stocked. Location is ideal - just a mile from Nauset Light Beach. We had a small issue with the door that was immediately fixed. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. One small helpful hint for traveler packing - you’ll want to bring a hair dryer if you use one.

Lovely stay on the cape

The house was nice - clean and tidy. The best part is the location. It’s an easy mile walk to nauset light beach but also great location for any other outer cape beaches. Great outdoor shower for post beach days. The one downside was the photos were not updated from the remodel of the furniture. The new furniture is lovely but we were looking forward to the pullout couches. Other than that it was a great house for a September cape weekend.

Good stay

Stay was good. Place is pretty small, but it's cape cod so they all are. Good kitchen, super close to the beach. 2 bedrooms, one has 3 beds, other has 1. Bathroom doesn't have a lock on the door which was a little annoying. These are just nitpicks though. Really good place overall, 5 stars!

Mid-Cape getaway

We were in a wooded lot, in a quiet spot, and even had turkeys visit us a few times during the day. Nauset Beach was less than 1 mile away and also awesome. We had no difficulties. Everything we needed was there. Carolyn's Bar & Grill is very nearby and served fresh seafood that was very enjoyable Drinks were generous. Salt Pond is also very close and we hiked around the pond with great shots of a local clammer, blue heron, gorgeous marshes and dunes, woods. Overall it was a great location to go anywhere we wanted on the Cape to have a good time. I'd recommend this place to anyone although I'd also like to keep it a secret !

Sadly disappointing due to poor customer service

Sadly, poor customer service by property management, Vacasa, and other issues marred this visit. Too bad – though it’s older and showing wear, could be a good convenient and economical option for families. Customer service was unable to answer basic pre-visit questions. Clearly not local or familiar with the actual property. Scripted responses. In particular, on a cold night when there was no heat, numerous texts told us to check the thermostat (mmm .. why didn’t we think of that), take and send pictures, look for non-existent manuals. Instruction labels for thermostat for HEAT/AC did not match. Searched in the dark for referenced propane tank (none). We did find an Empire furnace manual in a closet. No longer exists. Finally they just told us heat was not a listed amenity. Decades of living in the northeast, never heard of heat referred to as an amenity. We made do by heating pots of water on the stove to take off the chill (not all burners work). Fortunately plenty of extra blankets. Okay that there’s no washer, dryer, dishwasher. More upset with horrible and at times sarcastic customer service. Just be aware if booking cooler months, there is NO HEAT. Note that photos are out-of-date. No sleeper sofas, so bring air mattresses if more than bedrooms are needed. A wood, pellet or electric stove could simply make this more comfortable on cool evenings. Good experiences previously with VRBO, but will never choose a Vacasa property again.

Everything worked well and the home was comfortable. The only issue was that trash had been in a can outside. aAn animal had turned it over in the yard. I called it in to the folks but it was not cleaned up and was worse the next day.

Centrally located close to beaches on both sides of the cape. Easy to bike to everything. Large property with plenty of room for outdoor activities and wildlife.

No working WiFi -- network & password wasn't what was listed in the rental emails, and Vacasa support couldn't help. Wouldn't have rented if we'd known. Rooms had more furniture than shown in photos -- living room was crowded and hard to walk through due to large sleeper sofa and several tables.

No working WiFi -- property's WiFi network was not the one listed in the Vacasa email and posted in the rental. Vacasa support could not help, and had we known, we wouldn't have rented this property.

Good location just needs everything in the house to work

This is a nice house in a good location. Everything was clean, layout is good. But, the internet did not work, cable TV did not work, heat was not working. None of these were fixed while we were there, even though we asked. And the water went out the second day in the stay. Vacasa did jump on this and get it fixed quickly and offer to move us to another property if it couldn't be fixed.

Cute Cape Escape

We loved this location, check in & out was super fast and easy. Location was clean, house has central air which is perfect for hot summer days. I only give 4 stars for two reasons 1. The photos presented are a bit different than the layout when we arrived, some furniture changes. 2. The only way this house sleeps 8 is if some sleep on top of couches. Otherwise it sleeps 6 comfortably

Nice time

This place promotes a nice time for a small group…the only drawback is the proximity to the road, though there are hedges that separate it from traffic…the rest of Queen Anne Rd. is quiet & pretty

Eastham Escape 😊

Great location, clean, bed linens and towels provided. Quiet residential location but not too far from stores, restaurants. Public beaches within a mile (we chose Campground Beach and loved it!) there was a $25 parking fee but well worth it as ample parking and close to beach entrance. A couple notes in regards to the house - 2 burners on stove not working, bathroom sink was a slow drain and porch door missing screen. Didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay though and would for sure rent again! Thank you 😊

Best house Eva!!!!!!!

Provided us with a spacious outdoor shower, a full functioning kitchen, a comfortable toilet, and lots of sitting areas. My friends and I rented to this to have a fun getaway together, and we loved it!!! We enjoyed the can tree and even added to it ourselves 🥰 We also took our the wine decorations as decorations and felt like we were in a 5 star penthouse. We thank the owners for their kindness and generosity.

Nice place

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and the location was private. My only objections - there wasn't enough toilet paper, and some of the burners on the stove didn't work, which made it difficult to cook full meals. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

Very nice!

We had a really good time. The house is clean and has the perfect amenities to have a good time with kids; a fire pit, bbq and porch, tons of safe outdoor space to run and play. I would say that the only downside is that it’s not managed by the owners and we had a weird encounter with a couple of guys that just appeared at the property. We soon discovered they just needed to drop off some clean sheets but a text message from Vacasa would have been nice. We had a scare for a moment there.

Perfect size and location

This place was great! Very close to the beach and big backyard with a fire pit was awesome to have at night. Couldn’t ask for much more for a weekend away with friends.

Perfect Stop

Awesome house and location for a relaxing weekend! We were able to easily get to the beach every morning, the neighborhood was peaceful, and relaxed on the deck/in the yard every evening. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Maison bien située

Maison idéalement située pour visiter Cape Cod. La maison est un peu petite pour 7 car il n'y a que 6 vraies places de lit, pour le 7è c'est dans le convertible du salon. L'équipement est correct et l'extérieur agréable et calme.
