“Delightful home with comfortable lounge furnishings, good dining and kitchen facilities, provided all our adult group needed, which was five bedrooms and social spaces for a sunny September week at Eastham. The deck facilities and garden fire pit were appreciated. It’s a place we would recommend.”

“We had an amazing stay! Location is PERFECTION if you are like my family and don’t like to get in the car everyday to go to the beach. Easy walk to Wiley Park and Kingsbury Beach. We really enjoyed the fire pit area and the home was spacious for my group to sleep comfortably and relax.”

“Terrific house in an excellent location. Great division of space, with a sort of separate apartment kitchen (stove removed and replaced with ice maker). Main kitchen is decent. Grill was not working well (max temp 350).Excellent wrap-around deck around almost the whole house. The walk to the bay is like one minute, and you can walk to First Encounter in 10 or 15. Great sunsets. Lots of good beach gear in the basement! There's even a secret bed and office down there, not in the listing!House……

“Our family vacation was wonderful. Six adults and three children (ages 5, 8 and 11) had ample space inside and outside. Every room is a beautiful space.As we hoped, the poo/spa was a favorite with the kids (all swimmers). It had an adjustable current that was a surprise feature for us, and a great way to experience something different. We had some cool weather, so it was great to have heated water. The hammock was adored by all too!The Washer/Dryer combo really works and now we all want one! The……
