「This place met my top 3 criteria: clean, good bed, and quiet. We did a lot of cycling and the local path ran right next to the house. And the Golden Mill is a very cool place to grab a drink.」

「Well located property, quiet neighborhood, expansive back yard with front and back porches elevated above street level. Nicely decorated, easy to adapt to. We were able to park 2 cars off street in driveway. No washer and dryer available and limited Television reception. All concerned we had a very positive experience.」

「Really clean and nice spot in a up and coming area. We were there to watch some baseball and it was an easy walk to Coors Field. Everything in the unit was clean and worked perfectly. The property manager was very easy to deal with. Also some great restaurants right in the neighborhood. 」

「Great place」

「Excellent and cozy little room for 2, just what I needed in between some hiking and visiting family nearby. Kathy was responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. Would absolutely stay again!」

「We loved the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was ready to use. 」

「Beautifully appointed home with really good use of the space! Spacious bedrooms. Loved the balcony off the master bedroom (not a special view, but didn't mind that). We had all we needed, were very comfortable there. Two parks and a lake close to the place for morning or evening walks. Good communication with host. Would definitely recommend.」
