“The Duke of York is a proper British local pub in a building that's a good few hundred years old.
The staff and the locals are friendly and welcoming and the food is great.
Dont get upset that there's no lift to the upper level or at the absence of Aircon.
Just go with the flow ”
“Beautiful room, interaction with owners was polite and minimal and we felt comfortable during our stay, met the owner in person when leaving and she was very lovely. Information of the surrounding area was available in the room which we found really useful.
