“On our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who informed us we had been upgraded for our one-night stay. This was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous. “The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely.
