"My husband and I used to come to the island every year. He died 5 years ago and this was my first trip back and my sister came with me (this was her first trip there). It was good to come back to the island and see that not too much has changed. I love the peace and the people there and will be back. As for the condo, the location is great!!! The furniture was uncomfortable and a little unclean. I gave the overall rating a 4 and will recommend the condo to others."

"We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a home in PSJ. The modern flare to the older home was a perfect combo and the house felt so clean. My mother enjoyed spending every minute she could on the porch watching the water in the distance and listening to the birds as she sipped her coffee. The house is so close to all the restaurants but you could also cook as the kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils and appliances...more than we've seen in other VRBO's. Loved the little addition of makeup...

"A simple cabin with good privacy, well appointed for basic needs. We were there fishing and just needed a place to sleep and this was a great spot to come back to each day after getting off the water. It’s small, simple, clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again if we come back."

"Conveniently located off the main hwy in Eastpoint, Fl. this property was a great find. We didn't have advance notice of our business trip, so we were thrilled to find this guest house on very short notice. The owner BJ, who resides on the property, was great to work with. The location was beautiful and safe. Everything you need is available if you want to cook in or there are Great restaurants nearby, Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"We were in the area for a stop on our 4 day road trip. This area is small & quaint and the chain motels have very high rates. This little gem is an updated older motel in very good repair. There was a walk in shower which my hubby needed. The room was clean and in good repair. The bedding and towels were nice. Toilitries were provided. It was quiet, peaceful. There is not a pool. There is coffee available in the lobby, but no breakfast. The gentleman who check us in was friendly and cordial. He also checked us out the next morning. This is a great place for an overnight stay when in the area...we recommend."
