「We loved the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the back porch/patio. Walking distance to downtown Pt. St Joe was great. Beds were very comfortable and the little details like bottled water and snacks as well as treats for our dog was a very nice surprise. Highly recommend the cottage. We will definitely return again!」

It started with poor communication by the host and then went to ghosting communication on the day of arrival. We had requested an early check in if at all possible but never received a response. Arrived 15 minutes before arrival with absolutely no check in instructions to find a back sliding glass door wide open, could view through the windows that all bed sheets were off and unmade and a huge pile...

「The beach view and beach were wonderful! There was lots of fun stuff to use for the beach. The house was clean and very well stocked. There was lots of towels to use and any kitchen equipment and utensils you could think of. The only complaint was the water pressure in the master bath was pretty weak but manageable. 」
