“Came up for a wedding and the house worked out perfect for us! Owner communicated with me throughout. Only suggestion I would have is to have more mirrors! We had a lot of girls trying to get ready at the same time.”

“The host was delightful and very helpful with suggestions where to eat. The place was lovely. The rooms were immaculate and decorated just lovely. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully can make it back next month. ”

“Perfect house for a trip to the North Fork! Very clean and newly refinished. The place had everything we needed for the weekend and the host was very friendly. Great location! ”

“The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious home. With plenty of room for all six of us spanning three generations, everyone from my youngest grandchild to myself was happy with the accommodations. The house was a great base for our family visit in the area. Don't hesitate to book this property—it was a great experience!”

“The house is in a great location but was definitely showing some wear and tear. Things like the pool having damage around the sides, a lot of dishes/cutlery missing, broken glass from prior guests behind chairs, etc. The house could use a walk through with a handyman to fix the issues popping up with fixtures and finishes and a restock on household basics.”
