"Lovely cottage, I was unsure when booking as there wasn’t photos of all the rooms, however they were all great. The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. Being so close to the tea rooms was convenient for lunch, and we were near enough to the town of Leek for shops for supplies. Comfortable beds, and the whole place was clean and tidy. "The property is modern, clean and warm with the pictures and listing giving an accurate impression. The only slight criticism we have was that the sofa was a little uncomfortable for sitting on. Also, the parking location wasn't that clear, but we did manage to park outside the property. Our overall impression is favourable and we will definitely be looking to use the property again on our next visit."

"We had a very short overnight stay after the concert in Manchester's Co-op Live arena with my parents. The owners are really lovely people - very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It took around 10 minutes of driving by uber to get there from the stadium. Perfect place for a short stay "

"The property is lovely, plenty of room for me, my mother and my dog. Pauline goes above with lovely extras incluidng eggs, milk ankd cake. Home made biscuits, plenty of towels and bowls for the dog. Quiet location with 2 large fields for dogs to run free and secure. Just a short drive to leek. I will definitely stay again."

"We stayed here the night before we went on holiday and it was the best thing we did. The hotel was fabulous and the connecting tunnel to the airport is genius. We had food in the restaurant in which the receptionist gave us a 10% voucher when we checked in that was lovely. The staff and food there was great. The room was big enough for a family of three. "Lovely hotel really handy for the airport with parking while you're away (charges apply as would be expected). Staff very friendly and helpful and good choice for an evening meal with either the bar, San Carlo's or Brasserie Blanc. Food good in all three. Breakfast good too. Handy free shuttle service to the airport which is only a few minutes away."
