Gorgeous, secluded lakefront home on 1.8 acres on Lake Sinclair. 90 minutes from ATL, Cashel is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

hour from Augusta) and easy ride to Georgia College and GMC.

Gorgeous, secluded lakefront home on 1.8 acres located at the mouth of Crooked Creek / Lake
Sinclair.  A 90-minute drive from Atlanta, Cashel is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 

For the boating enthusiast, a quick trip up Crooked Creek will take you to Lake Oconee Wallace Damn (No access to Lake Oconee by water) in less than a half-hour (or 35 minutes by car).

10 comfortably, 14 utilizing the 2 sleeper sofas. Large enough for the whole family or perfect for a group of friends.  

The property includes a private boat dock. 2 kayaks with life jackets and paddles, floating lily
pads, fishing rods w/ rod holders - everything you need to enjoy a day on the lake. The water depth at the dock ranges from 4-6 ft. 

Additional outdoor amenities include a large backyard with a cozy firepit, English garden, upper deck seating and a lower/underdeck patio area complete with a TV, two propane grills (Propane not provided) and a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal).  There is also a TV on the boat dock.
 
Wi-Fi extends inside and out - so you are connected anywhere on the property (and could even work if you had to!)

Fish, kayak, float, swim...There are so many ways to enjoy the lake, just steps outside the back door. 

Spend a day off the lake experiencing the small-town, southern charm of nearby Eatonton or Milledgeville.

This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fees are non-refundable and range from $150-$500 depending on the amount of pets, sizes, etc. Please reach out directly to Lakeside Property Management to confirm your furry friends before your arrival this also includes to confirm your service animals. Unauthorized pets will be billed back to the guests in the amount of $500. If your pet damages any items in the home you will be responsible for replacements and/or repairs. If any signs of pets using the bathroom inside the home, pet hair on bedding, or furniture guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun. Additional Info:

Guest Access:
Guest will be able to access the entire house with the exception of the garage, locked owners closet in Masters (guests may use the additional closet in masters room). There is also a locked supply closet in the hallway and a locked storage closet downstairs.
