“Excellent stay. Very hospitable and knowledgeable hosts (Suman and husband) and extremely helpful staff. The food and conversation are great, the views are nice and the hotel is conveniently located from forest trails and a lovely sunset point. Overall, we had a very nice stay for three nights at the Hermitage in Kanatal.”

“We were the only guests in the hotel the staff took good care of us. Hotel is a little uphill walk so not really great for seniors. The parking in on the street. ”

“This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. “We were fortunate to have this 21 room boutique hotel recommended to us... the prefect retreat after a 4 day Indian wedding in Mussoori. The staff is friendly and attentive, the low key atmosphere welcomed, the grounds lush with beautiful landscaping and flowers. Food was authentic Indian fare, loved the spa, exercise room, yoga, live music in the evenings and even a disco! The only regret was not seeing the peaks of the Himalayas due to some haze throughout out 4 day 3 night stay. I'd highly……
