"The breakfast was great, the staff was nice and the room clean. However, it smelt bad in the room throughout my stay; I'm quite sure that it's not due to hygiene but more to sewage lift but still, not pleasant. Maybe put some home perfume?"

"Rooms were larger than others we stayed at in Europe. Room was clean, staff was friendly and it was located in what felt like a quiet safe neighborhood. If you’re looking to spend lots of time in Old Lyon or City Center you’d be better off choosing a hotel closer to that area."

"Ev rything was good when we accessed the apartment. However, we didn't get our 4 digit code to acceess the afterhours locker containing our swipe cards. The afterhours call centre operator couldn't find our name even after two phone calls and didn't want our itinerary number. My son had to callwotif back home to get our 4 digit access code."

"Bon emplacement à Lyon: accès rapide à tous les moyens de transport public Buffet déjeuner typique dans son genre avec un bon choix. Idem pour la chambre, c'est classique de ce type d'hôtel avec mini cuisinette fort utile. Personnel compétent et courtois. Une seule critique, sortir de la baignoire est un peu périlleux pour des personnes qui auraient des difficultés motrices. Au total un bon choix abordable pour notre séjour à Lyon."
