Excellent stay

We were there for a 3 nit stay, the place was extremely clean, everything was in working condition, quiet neighborhood, very nice little town, met the host, very polite and friendly, we would both recommend the place, and we will plan on staying again in the near future

Clementine in the garden of Eden NY

Wonderful little place for a weekend getaway, or an even longer stay. The place has everything you could want. Fridge, oven, washer and dryer. The bathroom is strange with 2 steps to the shower, so maybe not good for someone who's older. But overall would definitely book again.

Nice place, low traffic, quiet

Very cozy accommodation, shower works well, soft bed, keypad lock makes entry and exit a breeze. Property manager very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful place...very clean and very comfortable. Only thing would have been to have an information sheet with wifi password and other specifics as needed. Would definitely stay there again...loved it!!!

Nice little apartment, the bed is exceptionally comfortable! Had a problem with an appliance, the host was very responsive in addressing the issue positively. Will definitely rent here again next time I'm in the area.

Nice stay

Overall, it was exactly what you'd expect. It has a few quirks but is very clean and comfortable. A large person may have trouble using the bathroom fyi. It is fairly confined and has steps.

Nicely appointed small cottage in front of the owners home. Walking distance (1.5 mins) to the town's small grocery market. Everything was great - suggested that landlord install window screens and drapes in bedroom (there were shades but could have been darker). Those were very minor things - I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the quiet rural area.

Landing pad in Eden

Check did not go well because we were given the wrong address. That took a while to sort out. The place is solid. Good shower. Well equipped kitchen minus dishwasher. Good laundry. AC worked well. There were also fans. Our 12 yo slept on the pull out without complaint. Main Bed was soft memory foam. Good for us side sleepers. Maybe not for back sleepers. Bring an eye mask because there is a lot of outdoor light that comes in the bedroom window. Right on 62, though I did not find road noise to be bothersome. It is a solid landing pad in Eden (a small rural town which I love). Don’t expect a luxury vacation stay.
