“We had to change rooms twice due to bed bugs. Rooms 107 & 111 both had them on the back bed by the bathroom. The young man at the desk overnight was very helpful and friendly. However when I checked out and said something to the owner, I assume, he acted like it was no big deal. Just said he’d tell his handyman. A handyman isn’t going to get rid of the bed bugs. We saw one of the rooms just had the beds remade when we left this morning. I’d stayed here before with no issues, but with two rooms……

“The rooms don't have coffee makers in them. Considering the age of the hotel, and rustic nature of the building and rooms, I believe the price is a bit too high. I believe the cost should be about half of what they actually are. I don't mind the rustic style of the rooms and hotel, because I'm a no frills kind of person anyway, I'm just saying that the quality doesn't match the price.”
