“An old building and we had stayed just once before the current owners took on the hotel. The staff were friendly, excellent prices for drinks both in the restaurant and bar. The Sri Lankan food was superb, tasty and full of flavour, next time I'll as for it to be hotter.
The room was clean, comfortable despite being in an old building. Bathroom spotless, lovely fluffy towels, perhaps a little smell of damp in them.
We will certainly return.”

The restaurant provided a range of varied food choices and the quality was good. Overall a very pleasant stay.”

“Attending an events in Silverstone circuit. Thought of staying the night in hotel rather than driving after the event. Location is good.
I choose to booked a room not facing the circuit. But was allocated a room with a blocked view of circuit facing back of the seats on the stand. And the worst is: room is right next to the floor entrance door, you could hear the noise of door open and close everytime guests pass the door. Could barely sleep because of the noise. It’s on a Sunday and staff……
