"We enjoyed our stay. It was close to Lincolnton where we were attending a Bluegrass Festival. We were there only at night, but it was comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything was in working order. We ate a yummy meal at El Sombrero in Lincolnton. We also drove through the two nearby State Parks-they were really pretty as well. When we are in the area again next year, we hope and plan to stay in the townhome again."

As we went to look at the bedrooms, we experienced smell of pet urine / waste- the smell was unbearable, as we entered bathroom we saw dirty clothes on the sink, bloddy underware on the sink! One bedroom didnt have bed, other bedrooms had unwashed bedsheets and blankets- seemed like some was leaving there and left just 10 mins before we arrived- also the house was locked ! Owner clamed they spent $2000 for...

"We had a good time. The rooms were spacious and each slept 3 comfortably with private bath in each bedroom. The only issue was the hike to the dock and the golf cart died after 1 trip. There was plenty of parking for 3 trucks and boat trailers."

"This was a great lake house that we stayed at during the Masters Golf Tournament. The 10-15min drive back into town was not bad at all and we found pretty much everything we needed at a Publix or several restaurants in town. While it was a bit of a drive to the tournament we appreciated the quietness of the property and it allowing us to escape all the hustle of town. The inside was tastefully decorated and well kept. Everything was clean and worked as it should. We especially found the labels...
