「Lake View Apartment on Lake Wylie is a wonderful rental. In the lead up to our trip from Oregon we had some adversity and reached our to James and he was extremely prompt and considerate in text and phone conversations. The location and amenities on the gated property were many. Firepit time next to the lake was spectacular. We paid extra for an awesome pontoon cruise and would schedule a cruise again. The apartment has what we needed to dine in and save but many options close by for eating out....

「We came down for the weekend to watch our son and his band perform. Meghan’s Place was the perfect retreat. You wouldn’t know it was attached to a home as it was quiet and serene. We brought our dog and he loved running around the beautiful woods. It checked all the boxes for us and we would definitely book it again.」

「Quick trip to Rock Hill for a sweet and beautiful southern wedding! This space provided all we needed plus being close to the historic downtown was an added bonus! Only recommendation I would make would be to put some sort of black out drapery on the bedroom windows. The current broken blinds and sheer curtains allow all the outside lightening to come through so it’s almost like there is a light on in the bedroom when trying to drift off to sleep😬」

「Beautiful hotel. The large room with a kitchen was perfect for our family to stay a couple days. Wish the pool was bigger but we were so glad it was indoors as we had rain the whole time we stayed there. My husband and I loved the happy hour they had with free drinks and food. And the complimentary breakfast was great too. Staff was very friendly.」

「My family was taking my husband to Carowinds for Father's Day. We were exactly minutes from the park, which was great!! Very well stocked with toiletries etc. The communication was great with the owner . Phil responded to every question. I would definitely stay again」

The quality of the furniture lacked, the living room table was practically made of paper, and was peeling off. The fob that we were given to get into the gym and pool never worked. We reached out to the host MANY time about this as we were staying there for 2 months and while they always responded quickly, they never fixed the problem. 「The home overall was a comfortable stay but nothing extraordinary. The appliances like coffee maker and blender did not work. The VRBO representative did not respond or fix the machine and when I needed to extend no response so I had to call VRBO directly. If you want your stay just for the area and location this is perfect because it’s close to many conveniences but if you want to have someone respond when issues arises and put in that extra effort it’s not the place.」

「Host provided “house rules” the night before staying, which included the use of cameras inside! We contacted vrbo immediately- no one is allowed to record my children inside - host stopped communicating once we stated he couldn’t record our kids. House rules are insane- plus no towels/bare necessities provided! Stay away!」

When the host was contacted about no pool or gym, their response time was very delayed. The host then passed us on to the management company - which never responded to us.
