Welcome and relax in this stylish, comfy and beautiful brand new 2 bedroom basement suite in Southfork Leduc. This beautiful suite with a private smart keyless entrance is equipped with brand new appliances, 2 ROKU TVs (58 and 55inch) with netflix and cable tv, dedicated work station and a free onsite parking to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one, suitable for both leisure and business trips.
Located 5 mins to the grocery store, 11 mins to Edmonton Int'l Airport and 14 mins to Edmonton Premium Outlet mall for your retail shopping.

The suite is secluded from the main house as it has its private entrance with a smart lock, a living room and a private bathroom. . Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a big sofa bed in the living room. The suite has a separate furnace and a thermostat to regulate the temperature. No section of the suite is shared.

Comfortable, warm and cozy. It was very clean and our host contacted us shortly after arriving to make sure all was ok. It was in a great location near to family that we were visiting, as well as to shops and restaurants.

We travelled up to the area for our nieces graduation. We typically stay in hotels however they were completely booked so we opted to try a rental and man did we luck out! The place is adorable, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was easy to arrange and communication was great with property manager! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area

Really great little suite with everything you could think of included. Host even had new toothbrushes incase you had forgotten to pack your own. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Really good experience in a cozy suite.
