We stayed 4 nights here as a family of 4. It's overall a nice, clean space in a convenient location close to shops and Hwy 216 connecting to other parts of the city. Bright was responsive to messages and kind.However, there were a few deficiencies that were not fixed promptly:1) the railing right inside the door was broken off from the wall from previous guests and was not fixed (which is understandable)2) the bathroom door does not close and therefore cannot lock (this caused much more inconvenience with privacy)3) the toilet seat and toilet paper holder were both loose and wobbly. When we told Bright, he came to take a took, but did not fix them before we left.Also, we were expected to be quiet after 10:00pm (which is reasonable), yet the host themselves would make noise past that into midnight (stomping, chairs scraping, yelling, etc).

9 Night Stay

The suit was clean. However, it was not ready at check in time and the owner was difficult to get a hold of when we needed anything. We went days without hearing back. There was only 1 fork, batteries in tv remote were dead, no pans for cooking in the oven, and no hand towels. The location was great, close to many stores and restaurants.

Good place

We really enjoyed staying. The unit was clean Bed very good and comfortable. Tv and internet very good and have cable tv. The only was missing its coffee stuff. Which will be nice . Over all it nice and for sure I will book it again.
