Home entry:

Your detailed arrival instructions and unique smart-lock code will be sent 24 hours before check-in. Your code will remain valid throughout your stay.

✔ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT



This property requires a $500 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. The hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and placed two days before check-in. It will be released two days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.



✔ SEASONAL OUTDOOR AMENITIES



Patio furniture is unavailable during winter months. Please consider the season and weather when planning to use the outdoor amenities.



✔ SECURITY DEVICES



There are no cameras inside the home.



Two outdoor security cameras are located at the main and side doors and monitor the entrance areas. They record motion-activated events rather than recording continuously.



A noise-level monitor measures overall noise levels without recording sounds or conversations.
