This property is not up to standards as per most chain hotels, the property is old and smelly, could smell old cigarette smells throughout the hotel, seemed to be half the elevators are out of order, over half the rooms were not in use, perhaps due to limited staffing, restaurant was very dated and the rooms were brutal, beds were the worst I have ever seen or experienced, tvs are from the 90’s not recommended!!

The key card didn’t work properly. Had to get the hotel staff to let me in. I have never been in a hotel with cold water only for my shower. I ran the water for 30 mins. Still freezing cold water. Had to use the hair dryer to warn up and to stop shaking. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve been in. Darren Daigle

The property was dirty and the room did not have hot water in the shower and the taps were nearly falling off. There was no attempt to rectify the situation by the staff, “it will be fine, just run the water for longer and it will get hot eventually.” But that did not work. Will NEVER stay there again
