"The property was really a surprise"

"Only complaints we had were the outdated television apps (very limited basic cable to watch) and how room was advertised on Expedia; some rooms were clearly labeled as being on the second floor as there is no elevator on site, so we booked one that did not specify being on the upper floor and that's where we landed. It made unloading slightly cumbersome but it was a minor setback. The bathtub had a few hairs in it, otherwise the room seemed to be very well kept and was spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioner seemed slightly outdated as it didn't quite cool the room as we would have expected. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety to choose from (selection of bread products, fresh pancakes, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, selection of cold cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and juice/coffee/tea). Aside from minor things mentioned, we enjoyed our stay and found the value very reasonable and were happy to find a hotel that welcomes pets to stay."

"Loved this property. Very cute and decorated beautifully. A nice break from a regular hotel room. Self-check-in and out was a breeze, and I had no issues. But felt comfortable knowing there was a number I could call if I needed to. 8am for breakfast was a bit late for me as I was there on business, but I did stay late one morning to try the culinary delights. And they were so kind as to make me something to go that was not listed on the menu. The pool was a bit cold, but it was all so lovely."

"The hotel is only 3-4 years old and as such has all the amenities up to date for the average traveller. I was very comfortable and had no negative incidents tocomplain about. The bedding was very nice a contributing to a good night's sleep."
