“sweet place on the river. clean. lovely deck. beautiful pecans all around. lovely fire pit. 10 minute walk to beautiful oxbow spring fed pool. grill didn’t work nor did toaster, but those only complaints.”

“We loved everything. We played pickleball, kayaked on the river, enjoyed all of our meals outside under the big oak trees and marveled at the stars by the firepit at night. I only have a few suggestions: the outside table and bar were dirty. The bar table had a huge pile of rocks on it and was covered in leaves and dust and there were no fire pit tools. But these were just minor things and did not cause us to lose any relaxing time. I think a small table top jenga game would be a nice touch……

“It was home away from home! You are comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in. This small cozy cabin sums it up perfectly! They had everything you needed for weekend away. I have not one complaint about anything! I would recommend to anyone and everyone. The location is perfect and convenient. You can cook bbq or grab something quick to eat from local places around. The area is quiet and peaceful. Well property is well maintained clean and directions were simple to understand. I will……

“Can you say Bed Bugs! After the first night I had some minor itching on my right hand. By Sunday, 24 hours later I thought I might have been attacked several times by a Brown Recluse. It was that bad, but never did turn into that kind of severity. Other - 1 towel for 2 people. No wash clothes. No soap or shampoo. ”

“This place was extremely hard to find in the pitch blackness that is a typical Texas evening, I did 3 u-turns on 55 because I was afraid to use someone’s driveway. That was really our only issue, The house itself was immaculate, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the amenities. Outdoor seating areas on front porch and off the master bedroom were just lovely for drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you would need……
