Luxury, luxury, luxury. That is what you'll think once you walk in the door of Hillside Court Chalet East, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging. In 2022 this home underwent a complete renovation. Everything is new, from the appliances & linens down to the paint on the walls. The owners added a game room downstairs, along with a top of the line media room complete with a high end sound system and an impressive 98" glare free Smart TV. This state of the art display features 4K resolution powered by 128 AI neural networks, delivering incredibly sharp and smooth picture quality. Whether you're watching movies, sports, or playing video games, the TV optimizes your content to ensure extraordinary realism with lifelike colors and exceptional contrast. With dynamic refresh technology and support for VRR gaming up to 4K at 144Hz, it offers a truly immersive experience for gamers as well. The setup also includes Roku, cable/satellite service, and even a DVD player for your convenience. That is just one of the two living areas. If your group wants to spread out or varies in tv preferences, there is also a spacious living room on the main floor with cable/satellite tv & Roku. The main floor or ground floor is also home to a gourmet kitchen, dining room for 8 people, laundry and access to the deck where guests will find the private hot tub, outdoor dining, a gas grill and gas firepit. There are bedrooms on each floor, all with ensuite baths and King beds. If you have anyone in your group who prefers games to tv there is a great card/game table set up in the landing of the upper level. The owners have left quite a few board games for guests to use. In addition to everything in the home, the neighborhood has a plethora of amenities. This home is only minutes from the Arrow Bahn ski lift and the center of Arrowhead Village. Walking to the Village is easy in summer months and in the winter we have a free shuttle service, called the Village Connect, that will take guests to and from the Village at no cost. The development is built in and around the Country Club of the Rockies, a private golf club that offers those staying in the community the opportunity to dine at its Vista restaurant and swim in the pool as well as snowshoeing & cross country skiing when conditions permit in the winter season. Also, the numerous shops and dining options in town of Edwards and the Riverwalk at Edwards are just a couple of miles down the road.

– Accessing the Property – From the driveway guests can enter the home without encountering any stairs. You'll enter the home on the main/ground level and either go up or down a flight of stairs to reach the other two floors.
– Parking – Parking for 1 car is available in the heated garage. There are about 3 spaces in the driveway. If parking large trucks there may only be space for 2. If this is a concern, please reach out to us prior to booking.
– 4WD vehicle information
– 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. The home is up on a hill above the town of Avon so you will have to drive uphill to get here. The road is well maintained and plowed since it is the primary access to Beaver Creek Resort.
