Three generation Ski Trip

This is a great property for our three generation family. One family could sleep and get ready upstairs, another family could sleep and get ready downstairs and the grandparents had the middle floor where we could all gather and cook and eat together. The kitchen was very well equipped for our family of 11 to cook and eat. The skiing was excellent at Beaver Creek.

New Years stay

We thought the house overall was well located and nice. It could use some updates to mattresses and bedding. Boiler went out on two different nights, but Property Mgr Courtney was wonderfully responsive. First night one toilet seat completely broke off and toilet paper holder also came off. The house is obviously rented an lot and needs maintenance in between.

Great House! Great Location!

This is the perfect setup for a group trip to Vail Valley. Tons activities summer and winter. The house is really well suited for a for entertaining a large group. The neighborhood and amenities are great and the host was prompt and helpful.

The location of the home was wonderful, but the overall condition and experience was less than stellar.Upon arrival the home was 62-degrees, by morning the common areas were down to 60-degrees and 2 of bedrooms were 54-degrees. We notified mgmt but it took 18 hours before the problem was resolved forcing us to use the multiple space heaters the home had to bring the temperature to an acceptable level, which tells me the owner/mgmt knew there was a heating issue. Further, the cooktop would not ignite, the living room furniture was disgustingly dirty, remaining furniture throughout the home was mismatched and old, mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the driveway was very icy causing our SUV to slide into a ditch along side the driveway and the hot tub was supposed to be 50’ away, per VRBO, but we were never able to locate. Mgmt refund a portion of the rent amount, but considering the numerous issues we encountered, the refund amount was not acceptable; mgmt declined to refund the additional amount requested. Bottom line, we will not return to this rental and future renters should look elsewhere!

Beautiful home. Setting is particularly nice with a back patio with no neighbors in view. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen for every cooking need. Only negative is nitpicky problems in kitchen: stove doesn't always fire right, refrigerator door doesn't close without a second push.

Overall needs met

Just about everything we needed was provided. If you use Kleenex tissues, you need to bring your own. Vacasa does not provide. The driveway to the garage is sloped downward to the street and was covered with snow and ice. Slippery when getting to the Village Connect shuttle. Entry to the house is through the garage as the digital entry for the front door does not work. We were advised of that with the check in information received within 24 hours of our arrival.
