The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They had fresh cookies at the front desk at check-in and check-out. The desk agents were very knowledgeable about the state finals we were in town for. And I forgot my pillow when I checked out, but my son was still down there with his team, and they were very accommodating to make sure the pillow was available for him to pick up at the front desk. And they allowed me a late check out. Wonderful complimentary breakfast of biscuits gravy, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, cereals. I would definitely stay there again! just wish the pool was open for the season.

Place needs repair. Stairs are dangerous especially the hole in the concrete on the top.plateform. the rooms furniture is dirty and beyond wear. The bathroom was dirty. Parking was plentiful.

Arrived at 10pm- check in was quick. Parking lot was dark- would have been beneficial to have lights on in the back. Was told there was would a hot breakfast. (One of the reasons we booked here) breakfast was disappointing- cereal and a couple of bagels. Not hot. Ended up spending 40.00 at a restaurant (Lincoln Garden restaurant was good if a recommendation is needed!) When we checked out the lobby smelled like marijuana. Staff was friendly.

The eggs were terrible. Our refrigerator in the room made a loud noise all night long and my comforter had a stain. However, the check in girl was awesome and very friendly. The sausage was good.

Hotel was mediocre at best. The desk staff was very nice however the room left much to be desired. Pieces of carpet missing, tv did not work with remote, remote taped up and room very cramped. Person sent to fix tv stated it was wrong remote and turn on/ off and volume on the tv buttons. “ it would take me 20 minutes to reprogram tv and id have to look it up in a book”. Just run down.

I’m not sure our room was cleaned thoroughly. I couldn’t sleep because their was a strong coffee smell and when I finally checked there was a large coffee stain on the bedding by the floor that smelled and couldn’t have been laundered.the chair in the room was almost missing a wheel and my husband tipped over abs fell out of the chair because of it. Also-when we checked in there was a mixup and they thought they didn’t have a room for us so we had to wait extra long to check in. The rooms are very small, minimal amenities. Would not stay there again.
