" Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. At the kiosk each person has to scan the passport again which made a lot of handicap especially some of us had to look after the car. Talking about the room. It is quite new and clean. Overall it is comfortable. However, the fridge wasn't cooling well even though we set it to maximum. There is also no dish-washer and the smoke detector could be triggered easily with light cooking. The hotel is closed to Ostisei. A travel pass was provided for people who want to get around the area by bus."
