「Das Zimmer war makelos mit Blick auf dem GEM und auf die Pyramiden. Karim Kaseem war unser Ansprechpartner für den ganzen Aufenthalt. Er hat uns die Karten fürs Museum besorgt und tolle Touren organisiert. Mein Vater (97) war auf den Rollstuhl und Gehstock angewiesen und er hat uns den Rollstuhl vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle Mitarbeiter haben jederzeit liebevoll und ohne Aufforderung geholfen geholfen. Der zugewiesener Fahrer Machmoud hat unser sicher und unaufdringlich...

「Lovely hotel with wonderful views of the pyramids. Big clean room with AC and comfortable bed. The staff are welcoming and kind. Special thanks to Ayman and Mariam who looked after us during our stay. We booked two-day tour through the hotel and had the most amazing guide and driver-Ahmed and Abdullah. 「Struttura praticamente nuova (all’interno) e molto comoda per visitare le piramidi e il nuovo museo egizio. Camere pulite, servizio di colazione in camera in quanto non sembra esserci stata una sala comune dove poterla fare. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile nel darci i consigli giusti e ci ha fatto anche da transfert da e per l’aeroporto (servizio extra).
