「On our 1st day, the broker or the owner’s representative showed disrespect to the family members while giving instructions on how to use the facilities allowed. Not only did he insult the family helper but also my mother in law! The broker informed us that we will have to pay for the electricity bill although it’s not even mentioned in the policy. 「This place is great and the staff is wonderful. The pictures are accurate, but the villa is even nicer in real life. Beautiful, breathtaking views of the Red Sea are unmatched. The accommodations are also great and the amenities are very good. What you can't see in the pictures is the part that made our 2 week vacation perfect... It is the wonderful, accommodating staff. The host, Mr. Atef, and his entire staff made us feel like family attending to our every need any time of the day or night....

Although we appreciate the high level of maintenance on the property it was slightly off putting having workmen, pool men, gardeners come around every day when we wanted some private time to sunbathe. 「The amenities were ok, neither good or bad. The location is shocking, miles away from anything and nowhere near where it is says it is. It is advertised in Naama bay which is 25 minutes away by car. We had to hire a car for the entire stay. There was no pool as advertised and the jacuzzi was filled up only twice upon request but it leaks so could only use that fleetingly.
